Hey, it’s pretty simple really – we want you to pay for the event, enjoy the space and all the amenities that are included, and just don’t tear anything up!  Oh, and be sure and tell all your friends how great Meet Me On Main Event Space is, too!  Thanks!


  • Minimum 50% deposit required to be applied to final payment or may pay in full at booking. • $100 nonrefundable damage/cleaning fee required with rental. Final payment required 2 weeks prior to event. If payment is not received by said date, may result in cancellation of event by MMOM. • If client cancels 2 weeks prior to event, 90 percent of fees paid will be refunded. Cancellation less than 2 weeks, 50 percent of fees will be refunded. • Individuals/groups charging admission fees or selling items/products on premises must have prior approval.  Youth ages 18 and younger must be supervised by adult at all times. • Reservation must include set-up and clean-up time. Additional $75 will apply if reserved start and/or end times are exceeded by more than 30 minutes. • No nails, push pins, tape, staples, screws, command strips, adhesive, etc allowed on walls, doors, windows, floor, ceiling, tables, chairs, equipment, fixtures or any part of MMOM. • No loose glitter, burning candles, hay bales, or dance floor inside facility. • Smoking or live animals not permitted inside building; no drug use, physical violence or disorderly conduct allowed on property and are grounds for immediate expulsion. 

Rental groups have full use of facility, all equipment and amenities. MMOM furnishes electricity, dimmable lights, heat, air conditioning, up to 21 flip top tables, 2 bar height tables, 80 chairs, 12 bar stools, podium, internet, WIFI, TV, speakers, glass dry erase board and supplies, refrigerator, microwave, ice/water dispenser, coffee/tea maker and supplies/condiments, trash can and bags, and building features. Client to be responsible for decorating and special preparations necessary including deliveries and pickups. Client must clear all tables of debris, pick up all trash, remove decorations and dispose of all food.  Event space must be left in same condition prior to event. MMOM does not provide a copier, phone or laptop and client is responsible for running their own presentations.  The event space is not staffed, however, if you need an employee present for your event please let us know. Client may request room setup or may do it themselves. Catering and alcoholic beverages are allowed, however, no cooking. MMOM requires proof of insurance coverage for $1,000,000 if the activity is deemed potentially hazardous to life, personal injury or facility damages.

MMOM reserves the right to reject any and all rental requests.  MMOM is not responsible for accidents, injury, illness or loss of group or individual property, or, for any damage caused as a result of negligence of the client while in or on MMOM property. If any legal action should be required, client will be liable for MMOM’s reasonable attorney’s fees. Client agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold MMOM, the building owners and its representatives harmless of any liabilities, claim or damage, including any arising from consuming, serving or providing alcohol. 

Client acknowledges that you have read, understand and agree to all terms and conditions and agree to pay all fees related to the facility rental.
