What amenities are available?

Whether you are hosting a board meeting, training class, business seminar, fundraiser, or a special celebration, we have everything you need to make your event a success.

The event space contains twenty one 5-foot wide tables, 80 comfortable chairs, an 85″ Samsung Smart TV, state-of-the-art audio/visual capabilities, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, kitchen, custom 15′ whiteboard, private office, reception area and ample parking.

What do our fees include?

Our rental fee includes everything!  That’s right, you read EVERYTHING!  The one fee you pay for your event includes; event set up and tear down of our professional tables and chairs and every single one of our amenities.

How many guests can we accommodate?

The event space can seat up to 60 people at 21 tables and can accommodate a total occupancy of 80 people.

Are table and chairs provided?

They sure are!  We can set them up in any way you need.  Visit the Gallery page for layouts you can choose from. However, these are only ideas, you can special request any set up you can dream up.

How do I reserve Meet Me On Main?

Booking the Meet Me On Main Event Space is an easy three-step process: 1. Pick your date and time 2. Choose your room set up from the floor plan options (or let us know if you need something specific) 3. We’ll email you an invoice that you can easily pay with our secure online payment form. You will receive a confirmation email from us with your security code to enter the building.
